ACCOUNT LOGIN

- Log onto website https://webtrading.ssi.com.vn

- Enter your Customer ID and password that SSI send to your email in the first activation

° Customer ID: including 6 digits of your account number after 003C

° Password: from 6 digits

E.g. Account 003C678910, Customer ID: 678910

Note: You should change your password and PIN code immediately when you access your account at the first time.

CHANGE PASSWORD

Click on the menu “Account Manage” → “Change Password” → fill your information → click “Accept”

FORGOT PASSWORD

In case you forgot your password, click on the link "Forgot password". The screen will appear:

CHANGE PIN CODE

Click on the menu “Account Manage” → “Change PIN and verification types”. Fill your information in this screen. Click “Accept”

FORGOT PIN CODE

Click on the menu “Account Manage” → “Change PIN and verification types” → “Forgot PIN code”. Fill your information in this screen. Click “Accept”

CHANGE THE AUTHENTICATION TYPE

You can change the authentication type from Token to the PIN code or vice versa at anytime by clicking on “Account Manage” → “Verification types” → choose PIN code or Token code to verify your orders.

CHANGE DEFAULT ACCOUNT

Click on the menu “Default Account” → “Change” → Choose default account

Default account will be displayed automatically at all the function screens. At each screen function, you can also change to the account you want by entering the corresponding account in the box "Account No".

SECURITIES PRICE LOOKUP AND CREATING PRIVATE SECURI TIES PORTFOLIO

Click on the menu “Trading” → “Stock Quotes” → Enter securities code → Enter

MARGIN STOCK LIST (applied for margin account only)

When customers choose margin accounts to trade, margin stock list will appear above the stock quotes:

PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

- Buy Order Entry: Press Ctrl + B (or click on “Buy” button)

- Sell Order: Press Ctrl + S (or click on “Sell” button)

Press enter twice, the notice: “Order is sent” appears on the screen, the order has been successfully transferred to the trading center’s system

Note: You can use PIN code or Token code to verify your orders.

- Split orders: With an order of large volume, the system will automatically split into many orders in compliance with

allowed volume stated on the stock trading rules of the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange

- Group orders: This function support customers in placing a lot of orders with the same volume and price or placing

many orders with the rules of increasing or decreasing volume and price compared with the first order’s one

- All the orders can be viewed and managed in “Order Status” tab: “Trading” => “Order status”

CANCEL ORDER

Click on the menu “Trading” → “Order Status” → click on “Cancel” button → enter PIN code/ Token code → press enter twice.

ORDER HISTORY

Click on the menu “Portfolio Manage” → “Order History” → select a time period → press “Search”

TRADING ACCOUNT STATEMENT

Click on the menu “Portfolio Manage” → “Cash transaction statement” / “Stock transaction statement” → select a time period → press “Search”

DEBIT INFORMATION – DETAIL OF PAYMENT - ACCRUED IN TEREST (applied for margin account only)

Click on the menu “Portfolio Manage” → “Debit Information” → select a time period → press “Search”

Web Trading also shows accrued interest. Customer can click on "View more" to see the detail of loan interest which is calculated basing on the loan amount arising from the first day of the month to the current day:

ONLINE CASH ADVANCE

Click on the menu “Utilities” → “Cash Advance” → select cash advance amount → “Accept”

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL MONEY TRANSFER

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL MONEY TRANSFER

Click on the menu “Utilities” → “Money Transfer” → fill correct information → “Confirm”

REGISTER INFORMATION FOR TRADING VIA CONTACT CENTER

Click on the menu “Account Information” → “Information on E-trading Services Registration” → “Register”

SYNCHRONIZE TOKEN

Click on the menu “Account Manage” → “Synchronize Token” → enter two new Token codes → click “Accept”

EXIT

Click on "Exit" button on the right corner of the screen. The system automatically returns the login screen.

CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY - Online trading window will automatically log off every 60 minutes (at the 59th minute, notification will appear,

please click “ok” to remain at the current window).

- Passwords created by the token will only be valid for 30 seconds, to clear the password, press and hold the token for 3 seconds.

- To secure and maintain confidentiality of account information, please kindly log off the program as soon as you leave the computer.
