SRI Troubleshooting TipsSRI Troubleshooting TipsQ:  In Enterprise Edition, why does my student receive a message that they are already logged in on another computer when they are not? 

A: If the student application is abnormally terminated, the student’s server login may have to time out before they can log back in. Please be sure that students are not exiting the program by force-quitting or using ctrl-alt-del. This error message will normally disappear after a few minutes.
