1. Introduction SMP-7000H has been designed by Microprocessor control type, it can
operating have the stability, simple operation, easily expansion and com-
pact view atc.
1.1 Features
1) Stability
- It is reliable operation by Microprocessor control
- Power supply have the noise filter
- PCB has been designed with separate line as like power
line and signal line for EMI protection.
- Unit case has made by aluminium material
2) Simple operation
- It has applied the one- touch operation type with MODE and
ENT key
3) Easily Operation
- It has spare terminal of input/output signal and software margine
also.
4) Compact view (outside)
- It have many functions with compact designed by micom practice.
5) Easily A/S
- It can be changed the trouble PCB only of several PCB's
- Terminal blocks has been designed separately with main unit.

SAFE START LED LED is for indication of the condition of ready to start
TACHO FAIL LED
After input of fail or start of Pick-up sensor, during the
time of safety start, if RPM is not input LED shall be
lighted.
(it is for warning to inform of abnormal operation
condition)
ENG RUN LED LED is for indication of the condition of engine run.
OVER SPEED
LED
In the condition the speed limit value is established, the
LED is lighted when the speed exceeds the speed limit
value.
FUEL LIMIT LED is for indication of the Fuel limit when engine start.
② RPM Display RPM of engine in running is indicated by digital number

4. System Processing Methods
● Engine RPM Processing Method
Frequency (Hz) signal of engine pick-up is transmitted from
pick-up installed at Cam Gear. The proportional value and
calculating method of rotation number (RPM), frequency(Hz) and
voltage (V) are as follows.
Note: L23/30 needs 70 cam gears and L28/32 needs 74 cam gears. However, L23/30 and L28/32 should be calculated with 35 and 37 cam gears respec-tively.
● T/C RPM Processing Method
Frequency (Hz) signal of T/C Speed Pick-up is transmitted from Pick-up
installed at T/C Inside. The proportional value and calculating method of
rotation number (RPM), frequency (Hz) and voltage (V) are as follows.
Note: Number of hole for T/C Pick-up signal in medium size engine is
one.
