Situation: Riser damaged on North Sea platform.

Challenge: Repair riser, replace topside pipework

production system while maintaining production.

Solution:

Isolate damaged riser section from gasinventory with three high friction pigs.

SmartTrack system tracks pigs, monitorspipeline pressure during repair work while

maintaining flow.

Results:

Riser repaired while gas flowed. Reduced downtime = reduced costs. No impact on environment.
