With this new equipment, the operator no longer needs to worry about setting the correct welding parameters.

Three welding mode: Smart Mode

The SMART MODE measures the thickness of the metal and its electrical resistance to determine its properties. Based upon the measurements, it will automatically adjust the welding parameters or suggest a factory specified weld program.

The program can detect metal type as: NORMAL, HSS, AHSS, HLE, THLE, UHLE and more.



The ASSISTED MODE allows the operator to choose the characteristics of the materials: metal type and thickness.

Depending on how many sheets of assembly (2 or 3 sheets), the program automatically adjusts the welding parameters when all the options are selected.

The BASIC MODE allows the operator to get a full control on the welding parameters.

The operator select the clamp/gun and the arms set.

Following this selection, the parameters (power, pressure & time) are manually adjusted as required.

The user adjusts the job parameters in the configuration menu: Date/time, User, Job number, Car manufacturer, Car model & Year of manufacturing.
