Candidate Experience: Modify application forms that have the OFCCP Voluntary Self Identification of Disability fields
On May 8, 2020, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced changes to the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form. Contractors must use the updated form starting August 4, 2020.
The impact on Candidate Experience is this: If you currently have a live or draft application form that uses the OFCCP Voluntary Self Identification of Disability fields, you must modify the application form to use the updated OFCCP Voluntary Self Identification of Disability field by August 4, 2020. It's an easy process. Here's how:
Modify a live application formIn the Candidate Experience Admin portal on the Career Site Settings page, click Application Form:

Beside a live form (containing the expiring OFCCP: Voluntary Self Identification of Disability fields), click to preview:
On the Application Form Preview page, click Clone. A clone (copy) of the application form is created and displayed.The fields you need to remove are easily identifiable. They have this text: Expires August 4, 2020.
Delete each of the fields.
Click to open the Configure Fields window:
Click the Field drop-down to view field choices.

From the OFCCP Compliance section, click the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability field:
Click Add Field.Click Save and then publish the form.
Modify a draft application formIn the Candidate Experience Admin portal on the Career Site Settings page, click Application Form:
Beside a draft form (containing the expiring OFCCP Voluntary Self Identification of Disability fields), click :

On the Configure Application Form page, locate the fields to remove.They are easily identifiable. They have this text: Expires August 4, 2020.
Delete each of the fields,
Click to open the Configure Fields window:
Click the Field drop-down to view field choices.

Click Add Field.Click Save.
Recruiting: Printing job posting detailsYou can now print the details about a job posting. You print while in edit mode. The Print option is available on each of the Edit Job Posting pages and prints what is contained on that page.

Recruiting: Printing requisition approval detailsPrinting requisition approval details is a great way to get a closer look at when a requisition was created, by whom, approval details, and more. Just search/select a job posting and go into edit mode. Select requisition approval details and print.

Recruiting: Printing requisition detailsYou can also print the Requisition Details by selecting that option from the ellipses menu on a Job Posting Details page; the modal window that opens now has a Print button:
Click Print to print the requisition details.
