AeroExpo UK has firmly established itself as the leading dedicated General Aviation event to attend in the UK. Previously in 2013, AeroExpo UK set new records with its largest visiting aircraft attendance of 1,047 aircraft along with 12,000 visitors. 4 Exhibition Halls & Large Static Display AreaAeroExpo UK has it covered with an extensive static display area and four halls of dedicated exhibition space for exhibitors showcasing their latest products and services.
Live Demo FlightsThroughout the 3-day event, Aircraft Manufacturers or their Agents, may demonstrate the capabilities of their aircraft over the airfield for all there to see. Other exhibiting companies such as those in avionics may wish to take potential clients for demo flights. This can be done as often as they wish in flights away from the airfield circuit.
Networking OpportunityVisiting Pilots and Exhibitors will be encouraged to stay and enjoy the post-show Parties on both Friday and Saturday from 17.30hrs onwards. This will provide an excellent evening networking opportunity.
Exhibitors BBQ PartyExhibitors BBQ party on the lawn (outside The Aviator Hotel) will take place on Saturday 31st May, an annual tradition at AeroExpo UK.
Enlarged Seminar ProgrammeTo attract visiting pilots and engineers there will be 3-days of interesting and topical UK aviation subjects from a variety of leading authorities. These seminars will be held at the centre of the exhibition site next the main Hall.

Explore a cross-section of complementary lifestyle products & services from boats, luxury cars, motor bikes, sport and leisure equipment and fine jewellery. AeroExpo UK includes the addition of a "Lifestyle Area" with the aim of adding more variety to the event. Pilots and general visitors will be able to explore not only the core aviation elements of the event but also a crossover of closely associated products/services, that we all use and enjoy on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore AeroExpo UK is looking to use the Lifestyle Area to expand its brand into different industries in order to encourage new visitors to the show. Working closely with these new "Lifestyle" exhibiting companies, AeroExpo UK will exchange marketing resources and will be attending other shows (outside of aviation).
Sywell Aerodrome voted Airport Operators Association (AOA) 'Best GA Airfield in the UK’ in 2012/2013' offers both an excellent facility and beautiful venue. The Aerodrome offers vast amount of covered exhibition space with adjacent hard-static display and ample open ground suitable for general aviation and corporate aircraft. The main hall offers 7,700 sq ft of exhibiting space with a ceiling height of 19ft in the centre and 8ft at the sides. There are two other Hangars offering further suitable exhibition space.
The 1,268 metres tarmac runway is suitable for Business Jets and General Aviation Aircraft. GA aircraft can also use the well-maintained grass runway.
Air Traffic Control is provided by a resident and experienced team. Exhibitors can taxi their aircraft directly to the static display
area, and flight demonstrations are easily arranged all day, every day.
The Aviator Hotel is located on the exhibition site at Sywell Aerodrome, moments away from your aircraft. There are 54 en-suite bedrooms. The rooms are decorated and fitted with many interesting features, to offer comfortable 3 star accommodation.
Facilities also include VIP Lounge, Restaurant, Boardroom and Conference / Presentation room.
Sywell Aerodrome is located on the edge of Sywell village in Northamptonshire. It is situated in-between the UK's two largest cities London and Birmingham. Sywell is just over 1 hour drive north of London's M25 and a similar distance from the UK's second largest city, Birmingham.
