    bid evaluation, contractor/ supplier selection, terminationof contracts and transition of works-in-progress, etc.

    Achievements

    Led the Civil Works team through process optimization before and after ISOcertification and through major organizational restructuring with an aim to achieve

    improved efficiency, reduced costs and implementation of project management culture. Led the team through preparing project reports, obtaining management approval,

    implementing in the field and analysing the results thereof, a new more efficient andeffective process of provision of service to customer premises that resulted in reducingline plant waiters to a large extent.
