1. PBX settings A prerequisite for this is a NS1000 with version 2.04016. Then switch to have licenses

enabled for the correct number of channels. Ordinary SIP trunking licenses are used

for this, and a CTI license

As the integration is desigen it requires a full number series. In this example we use

figure 4, which means that no extensions in the switch can start to figure 4. Just därför

Then add the number 4 under "Other PBX Extension".

Then, this figure is linked to an outgoing trunk group. The example on this page works

as long as the customer's switch is not networked with other PBXes. Contact Panasonic Support

for help with this type of integration.

Then the trunk is configured to connect to the Flexi Server. Equal number of licenses

as we have channels to be activated. In this example, we use 6 lines pointing to the

server IP address 192.168.0.250

Furthermore programmed authentication to match the server settings.

Register MUST be Disable

Session Timer Ability should set to Disable.

From Header - User Part, shall be set to PBX-CLIP.

Packet Sampling Time should be set up to 30ms

Then the lines that have now been programmed for Flexi inserted into the line group

previously designated for this.

If programming is done properly, we can now divert an extension to 450+extension.

Then incoming calls to that extension will be received by the Flexi and active

reference will be played. Example 450100 will be extension 100 in Flexi.

2. Flexi settings Here follows a overview of components that are required in Panasonic with Flexi.

Panasonic TSP is required and need to be installed and configured before Flexi is

installed.

3. Panasonic TSP installation (TAPI) Flexi requires that Panasonic TSP is installed on Flexi server, TSP must be version 4.0.4.

Below is a short installation guide

Installation file:

Welcome screen, press next

EULA, accept it:

Ready to install, press Install and wait for installation to finish. Setup may warn you

that no USB driver is installed, press OK

Enter Panasonic PBX IP and press Check location. Press OK when finish, reboot server.

4. Datatal CTstack

1. Open a browser and browse to http://localhost:1339 and click on “Create

entity”

2. Enter a name

Require: Internet explorer 10 or higher, Chrome or Firefox, websockets support

If upgrade for < Flexi 5.9, Dialogic Diva will be replaced with Datatal CTstack and

configuration is imported from Dialogic diva softIP

3. Click on Telehony

Address: Default extension

Name: Enter a namn

Default: SIP URI host: PBX-IP address

Trunk mode: Check

Lines: Enter number of lines that is order, if entered 20 lines and the license is

valid for 16 lines, CTstack will only use 16 lines simultaneous

5. STOP and START CTStack and CTENGINE services, when number of lines are

change these two service has to be restared

5. Setup guide settings After installation of Flexi plattform you be asked to start Setup guide, this will guide

you thought it

Select Language, setup guide supports Swedish and English,

Welcome screen

Select PBX type: Panasonic

Enter settings for SMTP, used by Flexi Presentity if new voicemail indication. Local

SMTP means that if you have installed a SMTP service in IIS to relay SMTP to customers

”real” mailserver.

Destination for Diversionmanager, Flexi Diversionmanager must set CFUs in PBX to a

destination if user is diverted. Diversion must be to a trunk in PBX, 450+exension. Type

trunkprefix and [EXT], see below

Change SIP-trunk prefix in Flexi

1. Diversion manager

If another than 450 is used by prefix

in PBX please change this parameter

2. Restart service Datatal Flexi Diversion manager, start services from Start-

>Administrative tools->Services
