Company Number 05355583 SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT (SKI) RESPONSIBILITIES Helping to develop our product to maintain our position in the market Ensuring a seamless and easy booking process Looking after post sales admin for all guest bookings alongside our administration manager Building client relationships Liaising with chalet & hotel owners both in the UK and abroad Creating and maintaining supplier relations Helping to develop our product to maintain our position in the market Helping to provide accurate monthly reports THIS WILL INVOLVE Sales enquiries, whether by telephone or email in a timely but friendly manner at times when we are very busy Managing all the bookings post sale alongside the sales team At times where ski is not as busy, helping with sales to Peligoni and Beachspoke Helping clients through the entire booking process Up-selling all company products Working alongside a proactive team Working alongside our software developers to consistently improve our systems Visiting resorts and accommodation around the world Being a team player Business Development and working with the marketing team to ensure our product is always fresh and exciting APPLICANTS SHOULD Have experience working as a sales consultant in the ski industry Be looking to take the next step to senior sales & managing a ski product Have experience in luxury travel sales - preferably in Europe, Canada and the US Have an impeccable telephone manner Be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail Be looking to develop their career in luxury travel Motivated and excited by the travel business Be proactive and able to self-manage in the office Have a keen interest in summer active holidays, winter alpine holidays and the UK Have the ability to think creatively and offer advice and suggestions to all aspects of the businesses Be fun to have in the office, it’s not all work with us! RESPONSIBILITIES

THIS WILL INVOLVE
