    Turned around in 18months, for Kindred Care, a 240-bed skilled facility that was theKansas City Starnewspaper as onof the 13worst facilities in Kansas City. Consequently accomplished the following 3 items: 1) Increased census from 8to capacity of 240; 2) Expanded Alzheimer program from 22to a 3-tiered 48-bed program; and 3) Created a high-end 5bed private pay amenities wing and a short-term rehabilitation wing with in-house rehabilitation team.

    Turned around for Covenant Care in Omaha, Nebraska a 173-bed facility with a census of 129 due to a freeze oadmissions imposed by the Nebraska Department of Health because of 43previously in-house acquired pressure woundThe freeze on admissions was lifted in 5weeks and the facility filled to capacity in 90days. Subsequently, withinmonths managed an additional 4buildings in 2 states, and within 2quarters increased profit to $430,000quarterly, wino clinical indicators below corporate thresholds.

    Served as the Senior Administrator at Meritcare, increasing Medicare ADC from 12to 33in an 83-bed facility and fro4 to 14 in the 74-bed facility through changes in clinical leadership, aggressive marketing, expanding rehabilitatioprograms, which proved instrumental in exceeding established goals by $200,000in just 1month.
