MS is one of most professional manufacturers of cartridge filter, specialized in filter elements and systems of Bioprocess. We have 5000m2 production area with 800m2 clean room class 10,000 and 200m2 clean room class 1,000.
MS “U” pleating is revolutionary technology which can improve the features of cartridges. Compare with the traditional pleating, “U” can reaches up to 80% more effective filtration area with twice the flow rate. In that case, material performance is also filly played. MS membrane provides superior flow and greater contaminate capacity. It brings the cartridge excellent flow rate and long service life.

MS FlorPure-LQ® Hydrophilic PTFE filter Cartridge uses a surface-modified PTFE membrane which have no pre-wetting and been designed for almost all pharmaceutical liquids. This cartridge using thickening of heat-resistant PP core, can be repeated steam sterilization on line or in autoclave, compared with the stainless steel material, there is no metal ion precipitation, no dead band, can be widely used in the liquid contained water or solvent in pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage industry.

MS Ultrafiltration® PVDF hollow fiber are characterized by smooth surface, ease of cleaning, less fouling and energy saving. It has a highly porosity structure, larger flux, water quality stability. Our Ultrafiltration product is a reliable and economical solution to clarifying processes previously requiring filter aids and/or centrifuges. It can also limit the costs associated with the subsequent filtration stages by removing the majority of contaminants in this initial production stage.
