A Top Chicago Real Estate Broker since 2007, Danielle Dowell, founded The Dowell Group in 2015 with a goal to provide consistent service for clients from the City to the Suburbs. While a team structure is not unusual for the real estate business, our group does not hold traditional roles as either a buyer or seller agent. We prefer to match our clients based on personally, price point, and area. We do this in order for our agents to create the most seamless transaction for client. Known for our around-the-clock work ethic and quick response time, The Dowell Group has expanded our business by developing relationships and involving ourselves in every step of the process. Whether buying or selling, each member of The Dowell Group is a strong believer in the importance of well executed marketing. As brokers at Berkshire Hathaway, our team has access to the best resources in the city, both internal and externally. We as a group lean heavily on technology and continue to educate ourselves so we are always up to date on the most recent real estate platforms, laws, and strategies. Our team has vast experience in rentals, to first time home buyers, resales, luxury, and extensive development knowledge. This includes market analysis, zoning, product development, marketing of the project. We are well qualified in all fields from small to large scale residential developments, including single family homes, multi-family, and condos. The Dowell Group provides attention to detail to all of their clients. Aware that the business they love is dependent on relationships, we will always go the extra mile. Whether buying, selling or renting, investing, or building we are here to lessen the stress associated with your real estate transactions.

TESTIMONIALS
Danielle did a wonderful job of helping my wife and I find our first home. I must say that she was extremely helpful and very patient with us (we must have looked at over one hundred houses over a 6 month period). She was also very knowledgeable and was able to help guide us through the entire process. Without Danielle, we flat out would have been lost. I would highly recommend her to anyone out there looking for property!! Thanks Danielle!! Matt M.
When you talk about doing business with somebody and you come up with all the adjectives for characteristics that somebody would embody that you would want to work with or for, Danielle has most of them–she is very bright, engaging, passionate, aware, tough, fair, compassionate and win-win oriented. She’s a pro’s pro and that’s about the best compliment I can give.Doug Van P.
Danielle was a pleasure to work with. She had tremendous knowledge, and made buying my first new house a smooth and easy process. Every step of the way, she was able to give great suggestions and advice. She always made time in her very busy schedule to accommodate my hectic and busy life. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market for any real estate needs.Taj K.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with the patience and persistence Danielle had working with me. It wasn’t an easy task working for us, but she made it easy and found us a spot in three days! I needed a place within a week so I was on a time crunch. It took over ten showings, but she put in the time and energy to make it work. She also took the time to understand out my personal taste and location I was looking for. Personable, reliable, and easy to work with.Anthony D.
Danielle Dowell was a perfect model of professionalism in my dealings with her in renting out my condo. She took care of all the details and made it very easy for me to successfully find a most desirable tenant that was best suited for the space. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the market, work ethic and overall professionalism became apparent in all my dealings with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of real estate work of any sort.David D.

OUR COMPANYBUYERS RESOURCES
When you are pre-approved for a mortgage, sellers know that you are serious. Mortgage pre-approval can be done in as little as a day. It requires completing a formal application to the lender and submission of all necessary financial and employment documentation. A good rule of thumb is that your total payment for mortgage, taxes, insurance and assessments should not exceed 28-33% of your gross monthly income.
