The 140 series scraper is the long anticipated, next generation mid-sized ejector scraper. Designed for MFWD & articulated 4WD Tractors and mid-sized Crawlers. Available in a Front or Rear configuration.

Key improvements are build in through the whole machine: larger trunnion & Pushoff cylinders, tilting headache rack, stepped pushoff rollers, and a heavier Front Section pipe. Packed with features to improve longevity and efficiency.

The 140 sidewallwas elevated over thepivoting joints of theApron and Front Section-- which keep fallingdebris away from thesejoints. This in turn, will increase heap capacity. At the same time, keeping material from packing on the front arms and guards.

The best part about a direct-mount scraper is that the Front Section provides weight transfer to the tractor. Requiring less horsepower to load the same amount of material. And with one pivot point, backing up is dead simple -- maneuvering is no longer a problem.

The Pole is box built with an internal skeleton vs. formed halves to increase rigidity. Add our thick wall front pipe and it’s the strongest unit out there.

BOWLAll outboard supports arefitted with 45-degree pockets that add strength where it’s needed most. The dirt shields and side walls have been redesigned to better protect against falling debris. Aesthetically, it even looks cleaner.

Added supports andstepped-rollers makes ourPushoff more durable thanthe competition. Ashlandhas eliminated side scrub-bing in the process. Eventhe rear slide blocks nowrun on abrasion resistantmaterial, alleviating prema-ture wear.

The tilting headache rackhas a full 120 degreerange of motion. Pre-setstops at 30 degreesbackwards, 30 degreesforward, and 90 degreesbackwards. Ideal for allsituations – top loading,normal loading, and lowtransport height.
