    - monitor student progress via Student Success Teacher and encourage increased monitoring through Resource Department, where applicable

    - use Success For All as a foundation to improve dialogue and mentorship between the elementary and secondary panels

    -deliver intensive and timely literacy workshops before and after school to first-time and previously-eligible students
