YASH’s SAP HCM Centre of Excellence and the solution group created the business road map for the client, towards development of a single global IT platform and consistent HR processes worldwide. The entire exercise involved analyzing existing processes, identifying business priorities, and creating a road map for moving forward. This rollout project was taken in three phases for U.S. and eight other countries.
