Dear Families, Congratulations to Room 13 on hosting our first assembly for the year last Friday. The students treated us to their “Sensory” poems written during their Talk 4 Writing lessons, and sang the chorus of “We are Australian” – it was a lovely performance. Well done Mrs Weeks and Ms Hayward.

Mathletics Mathletics is Australia’s most used educational website. It is fully aligned to the Australian Mathematics Curriculum and is adaptive as it tailors questions based on the ability of individual students. Mathletics provides immediate feedback to students, teachers and parents. There is 24-hour access at both home and school. We offer families subsidized subscription at $10 per child. Thanks to those families who have already paid for 2019. If not, can you please forward your payment as soon as possible. Thank you for your support of this great initiative.

Teacher-Family Interview This year, we will be closing the school at 11:30am on Tuesday 9th April for families to book an interview with their child’s teacher to discuss their progress and achievement so far this year. Your child’s teacher will let you know if there are any concerns with their learning, behaviour, social or emotional develop-ment. If your child needs to have an Individual Education Plan this will be shared with you at this time. Families will be notified when you can book an interview time shortly.
