Product Description & Applications

OCH – 1301 is a Polymeric Antiscalant based on Proprietory polymers and dispersants having excellent inorganic and silica Antifouling property on NF/RO membrans.Salient Features:-Effective in inhibiting silica sulphate and carbonate scales and disperse collodial particles in cellulose acetate and thin film membrane seperation system.This formulation unique in that it inhibits sillica scaling at higher concentration than typical Antiscalants, a feature which may allow increased R.O. System recovery in high sillica feed waters.General Specifications:-

OCH 1301 should be dosed continuously to the feed water upstream of the cartridge filter. Typical dosage rates are 3 – 8 PPM. The optimum dosage rate can be calculated by using LSI calculator and further to our dosing chart. OCH 1301 can be diluted and is fully miscible with water in all proportions.

Health and Safety :-OCH 1301 is a non-hazardous, synergistic blend of poly phosphonates and carboxylic acids and is fully compatible with carbon steel and commonly used materials of construction.A material safety data sheet is available on request.
