With plush accommodations for groups, River Terrace Inn provides a complete package,

tailored to every occasion.

Full BallroomOur newly renovated 1350+ square feet ballroom

faces the Napa River, and will accommodate groups of 50-120 perfectly. A variety of events and group functions can use various portions of

the space, or the entire ballroom.

Olive Room & Patio Separating half the ballroom, this room is the

perfect setting for welcome receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, and day after brunches for up to 50 people. I offers 750 square feet of event space, with French doors leading to an outdoor

patio and views of the Napa River.

Eucalyptus RoomThe other half of our ballroom, adjacent to the Olive Room, is the Eucalyptus Room, featuring 900 square feet of indoor event

space. Accommodating larger groups up to 80 guests, this room is the perfect blend of natural sophistication and modern convenience, with

French doors allowing natural views of the Napa River and nature preserve.

Maple BoardroomSporting 330 square feet of sleek meeting space,

plush executive leather chairs, the Executive Boardroom is a high-tech environment for

powerhouse board meetings, think-tanks and

roundtables for up to 12 people.

River Walk ClearingLiterally on the banks of the Napa River and

nature preserve, this rustic and natural space is the picturesque, serene location for a welcome

reception, wine tasting hour, dinner, breakfast or lunch al fresco. It also makes for a perfect group

photo op.

River View Event GardenOverlooking the Napa River, the River View

Event Garden is a charming outdoor event site for 50-300 guests. A majestic ancient oak and a

grove of coastal redwoods surround this venue at the river’s edge. Enjoy unforgettable festivities of any type: daytime picnics with stunning views of the Napa River nature preserve, or over the top

dinners with lighted trees and decadent food and wine.

Outdoor TerraceBoasting gorgeous views of the Napa River, the Outdoor Terrace is an intimate outdoor venue

with a glowing fire pit and natural teak furniture along a low stone wall. The Outdoor Terrace is a unique setting for meeting lunches and breakout

sessions for up to 60 people.

Special Event GuidelinesPlease review the following details and be prepared to discuss with our expert

team to ensure we are able to assist with your event.

• River Terrace Inn is happy to offer special room rates for groups of 10 rooms or more, rates are subject to availability and will vary based on seasonality and hotel availability. Please inquire with one of our experts to get specific pricing for your group of rooms.

• Let River Terrace Inn collaborate with you for all your event menu needs. We are delighted to offer you selections from our banquet menus or to work with you and our culinary team to design something personalized to meet your needs perfectly.

• We will gladly recommend a selection of wines to pair with your event, or you can select from our various beer and wine or full bar packages as well. River Terrace Inn wants to make sure you have everything you need to make your picture-perfect event come together effortlessly. Should you desire to bring your own wine, this is also possible; a corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle will be applied.

• We love details, and lucky for you we know just the people to reach to help arrange all your distinctive event specifics and requests. Whether it’s finding a full planner or coordinating just a few details River Terrace Inn can assist in organizing certain items or put you in touch with the right vendors to exceed your expectations.

• Pricing for events will vary based on the times you need the space, what space you select, and the menu items you select. If you can give us a specific idea of what you have in mind we can try to give you a starting price point.

• In order to hold the date for your event, we require a deposit and a signed contract. Your deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied to your account the day of your event.

• Payment is due in full the date of the event. Payment must be applied to one account, rather than collected separately from numerous individuals. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JBC.
