How long will it take? This course is held 3 days per week and runs for 26 weeks.
Is the course subsidised?If you meet the eligibility criteria the cost of your course may be delivered with Victorian andCommonwealth Government funding. Future pathwaysThis qualification reflect the role of a skilled operator working with civil construction plant including excavator, skid steer, front end loader, backhoe and dozer.
UnitsParticipants need to complete 19 units of competency consisting of 14 core units plus 5 elective units. Builders Academy have added an extra 2 elective supernumerary units to the program. The supernumerary units have been selected to maximise vocational outcomes upon completion.
Students who do not fully complete this programme, but complete enough units to satisfy the requirements of the qualification are still entitled to receive the full qualification.
