Refrigerators and freezers must be in working condition, owned by the resident and must be a minimum of 10 cubicfeet in size, using inside measurements. RG&E contracts with JACO Environmental, an appliance recycler, to pick up and recycle refrigerators and freezers. Limit two unitsper residential address per year. Cannot be combined with any other offer. This program may be terminated at any time due to funding constraints. Some restrictions apply.
