□ Your name is recorded correctly (If not submit a Change to Personal Details Form ) so that your graduation parchment is issued in your official name. This change needs to be done before your Final Submission form is signed off to ensure it is processed in time.

□ Any fees and/or sanctions have been paid/resolved (NOTE: outstanding fees/sanctions will prevent your award from being conferred)

□ You are aware that the graduation invitation will only be issued to you via your student email. (To ensure that you receive email from the University without delay it is suggested that you link your student email to your current private email)

□ Your postal address is recorded correctly in QV (QUT Virtual) so that if the University needs to send any items to you by post they will reach you. (If not submit a Change to Personal Details Form http://www.studentservices.qut.edu.au/pdfs/forms/d_frm.pdf)
