Hello Ross McCallum Jones.Peace unto you and your families.[John 20:26 "...then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you."]

As you aware that I am a Muslim, and I am Indian by my birth and I work and livewith my family in Saudi Arabian Capital city, Riyadh. Its a pleasure that you considerme as a friend. More so, its wonderful to note that we can have religious discussion. As a Muslim I am encouraged by Allah s.w.t to discuss my religion with you, if youare interested, and the other way around too.

By the way, I was educated in Methodist church school in India (Hyderabad). Thisgave me a chance to read the Bible, and without boast I can say that I knew most of

    it, about 20 years

back from now and I am still reading it a lot. I do have the Bible in my heart!!! So Ican say Jesus, peace be unto him with due respect (PBUH in short), so now you areaware of the Jesus pbuh as my favorite quote. And mark my words, Jesus pbuh isnot just my favorite quote, Jesus pbuh is my first love.

I have noted your regret, of the Muslim and Christian fighting over each other, alsoone thing I noted that you mentioned both being monotheistic religions (this is forfuture discussion). Yes, I am fully with you in that stand. Yes, most of the warfare

and the hatred and the killings (the bad list goes on ) are between the two religionfollowing people today, with all my heartfelt regrets, its the truth of todays humanbeings. Alas, we could come to common terms between us in respect to our beliefs.

Alas, each group would follow the commandment of Allah s.w.t or at least shunviolence in the name of Allah s.w.t and in line with what Quran instructs. 16:126. Andif you punish (your enemy, O you believers in the Oneness of Allh), then punishthem with the like of that with which you were afflicted. But if you endure patiently, verily, it is better for As-Sbirin (the patient ones, etc.).

For once, I never considered Christians as my Rivals or Enemies as you mentioned.I am at peace with my self first, I dont hate my self, so I dont hate others, this is myapproach to life. And for sure, and mark my words, I am not here to convert any ofyou. Its unto Allah s.w.t to turn hearts. For sure: LET THERE BE NO COMPULSIONIN RELIGION: FOR TRUTH STANDS OUT DISTINCT FROM ERROR. Holy Quran2:256. Thereby the matter of conversion rests in our own sense of reasoning andNOT in the hands of others, for each of us. As a Muslim I submit to my God theONLY God of the Universe.

All praises to the God that made this universe, all praises to the God thatMADE Jesus Christ pbuh Amen.

. I will be happy to clarify any doubts from my Christian friends in particular and all others in general.

Yes, you are welcome to ask questions on Islam and I shall make honest attempt toanswer them without any prejudice and with an open mind and heart. Please notethat I may be quoting the Quran and the Bible to support my claims, answers or

observation, you are most welcome to do the same, if you like to. And before I letyou free to ask question I would like to tie you down with: "Whatsoever thing I command you, observe to do it; and thou shaltnot add thereto, nor diminish from it." Deuteronomy 12:32. Else, wedend-up in misconception and more distrust for each other, I shall stick to that Duet12:32 too.

The answer to your last question, as to why that favorite quote is made clear in thismail in the first paragraph, more over, as a reminder, Luke 10:5 "And into whatsoever houseye enter, first say, Peace be to this house."So now you have a clear answer to your question.

Now, the questionnaire shall start from your side, I will try to minimize my questionson Christianity or mostly I may reply without a question for you at all cheers to that. One thing for sure, the followers the lovers of Jesus, seldom wish peace to eachothers as I noted. But note that Muslims allover the world say that whenever theymeet each others, without fails Salaam Alaikum meaning peace be unto you.

So, regarding your invitation to discuss, compare, question, argue fairly I acceptthe invitation, because Allah instructs me to do that. Quran 16:125. Invite (mankind,O Muhammad SAW) to the Way of your Lord (i.e. Islm) with wisdom (i.e. with theDivine Inspiration and the Qur'n) and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way

that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, andHe is the Best Aware of those who are guided.

So lets do it in Good faith and fairly manner.
