• Food Waste Recovery Workshop “Recovery of valuable compounds from food processing by-‐products”: This event is organized by the IFA SIG “Food Waste Recovery”, a network with more than 500 subscribers from >60 countries. The objective of the workshop is to provide recent knowledge and critical information on the utilization of Food Processing By-‐products, by exploring potential sources and classifying target compounds.
