    bed; wherein VC pre-dried is higher than VC dried and the moist polymeric material comprises at least a polymeric material, said

    polymeric material comprises fluorine permanently bonded to said polymeric material. The invention further relates to a dried

    polymeric material obtainable by the process of the invention. Furthermore, the invention relates to various uses of the process of the

    invention as well as to various uses of the dried polymeric materials.

    The invention relates to the field of construction and more specifically to a method and a device for analysing the structure and testing

    the strength of concrete. The method involves abrading a test area of the surface of a concrete article and determining the surface

    strength of said area in a dry state soaking the area in question and determining the surface strength taking into account the moisture

    content of the area drilling the concrete while measuring the power of the drilling tool and the extent and rate of the movement thereof

    with data being presented in the form of graphs and determining the layer structure and layer strength in the wet state obtaining a

    cylindrical test specimen analyzing same for compression or axial tension and comparing the readings with readings obtained by other

    methods. The device comprises a drilling apparatus with an actuator for producing linear motion and for rotating a cutting instrument

    an instrument for measuring the surface strength of the concrete sensors for sensing the movement of the cutting instrument and

    determining the power consumed and a controller with a computer. The drilling apparatus is also provided with a regulator for

    regulating the perpendicularity of the movement of the cutting instrument a stabilizer for stabilizing the pressure on the cutting

    instrument a signal converter and a device for recirculating a lubricating and cooling fluid. The cutting instrument is in the form of a

    hollow cylinder having an adapter for connection to the drive and a device for supplying lubricating and cooling fluid situated at one

    end and cutting plates attached to the other end. The invention provides for more accurate structure analysis and strength testing of

    concrete in building structures.

    (57) Abstract :

    A mobile communications system for transmitting data to and/or receiving data from communications devices includes one or more

    base stations each of which includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter and the receiver are configured to provide a wireless

    access interface for communicating data to and/or from the communications devices. The wireless access interface provides a plurality

    of communications resource elements across a first frequency range and a plurality of communications resource elements within a

    second frequency range which is within and smaller than the first frequency range. The wireless access interface includes a plurality of

    time divided sub frames at least one of the sub frames including a first wideband control channel in a first part of each sub frame for

    communicating first signalling information to one or more of the communications devices and a second narrow band control channel

    in a second part of each sub frame and having a bandwidth which is less than the first wideband control channel and a duration of the

    second narrow band control channel within the sub frame is greater than a duration of the first wideband control channel within the

    sub frame. The second narrow band control channel is configured for communicating second signalling information to one or more of

    the communications devices. The base stations are configured to transmit a sleep indication signal to one or more of the

    communications devices the sleep indication signal indicating to the one or more of the communications devices that the

    communications devices do not need to receive the second signalling information from the second narrow band control channel.

    Accordingly a power saving to the communications devices which are not to receive the second signalling information for one or more

    sub frames is provided.
