• There are many ways to think about who your students are in light of the digital SHIFT

• One way is “Digital Natives” or “Digital Immigrants”• Digital natives

o Native speakers of the digital language of computers, video games, and the Internet. THEY’VE NEVER KNOWN IT ANY OTHER WAY.

point in their lives, become fascinated by and adopted many or most aspects of the new technology
