Customer was facing a challenge of maintaining multiple ERPs including BPCS, PRMS & SAP across its companies. Over the years a complex architecture of databases had evolved across these companies.

After studying client’s business rules and the architecture and data maintenance across these applications and between the different companies, HCL developed and implemented interfaces which allowed automatic syncing and exchange of data between the applications.

Additional interfaces were developed to support a new, robust Sales Analytics system. These integrations and interfaces helped in harmonizing processes across multiple companies of the conglomerate in addition to providing up to the minute synchronized information from all applications.
