Ensures borrower receives most competitive program without bias to compensation or limitation to working for one lender

CLOs fee will not vary from lender to lender or change depending on loan amount or type of loan

CLOs fee will be identified in section 800 of HUD-1 Settlement Statement

Lenders on the System have agreed to issue a credit to the borrowers closing cost to offset the CLOs fee.
