Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective is a cooperative game in which you investigate the same cases as does the most famous detective of all times. Follow leads, gather hints, explore the streets of London in the Victorian era and solve criminal cases using newspapers and, of course, your deduction capacities. Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective is designed for 1 to 8 players aged at least 14, and the playing time ranges from 1 to several hours! We invite you to discover this game with one of the 10 complete cases of the Thames Murders & Other Cases, one of the three boxes already published! The Baker Street Irregulars box will be released this year. You have all the required items to play. If you wish, you can print them: First, read the rules! The common items: 1 Map, 1 Directory, 1 List of Informants, and 3 newspapers. You can read them anytime, either online or from a hard copy. The Case Booklet file is the investigation itself. As stated in the rules, read the introduction out loud. The remaining of the Booklet contains the leads to be read when the time comes. To honorably beat Sherlock Holmes at this game, avoid reading or flipping through the booklet. The Questions and Answers file: To be read when you think you have solved the case. The Score file: At the end of the game, compare your deduction abilities to those of Sherlock Holmes and evaluate your performance. Recommendations for Remote Playing: One player must know the rules and explain them to the others.
