This application proposes a minor change to eliminate all conflicts with all other facilities, making it singleton at the originally proposed location. The applicant files this single curative amendment and requests processing nunc pro tunc for the original application. Contour Protection As noted on the attached map of contours, the minor change proposed herein meets all cochannel, first, second and third adjacent protection in the current allocation landscape and with all other pending NCE applications. The applicant proposes to utilize a directional antenna on the originally proposed channel, location height and effective radiated power, a permitted minor change request as the original and proposed 60dBu contours almost fully overlap. The location continues to provide nearly 100% coverage of the community of license and meets contour coverage requirements. Thus, this application meets the objectives of the Commission in the advancement of noncommercial educational stations and maximizes the efficient utilization of reserved band spectrum.

 Purpose of Application & Technical Statement 

 This application for new noncommercial facility was originally filed in the timely filing 

window as application File Number 0000166137, but was subsequently dismissed for a technical violation.  

 This application proposes a minor change to eliminate all conflicts with all other 

facilities, making it singleton at the originally proposed location.    The applicant files this single curative amendment and requests processing nunc pro tunc for the original application.
