INTRODUCTION

This year, PT. PGM, Perdaweri and IDI will once again host the 8th SWAM (Seminar and Workshop in Aesthetic Medicine) - Anti-aging Exhibition on November 24th – 26th 2017, in Indonesia Convention Exhibition, Tangerang. As a world leading event in Asia, we have always had interest and passion in the science and art of human aesthetics. It is a dynamic, exciting field with cutting – edge technologies and innovative procedures that allow so many people today to look good and feel great about them. The most fulfilling part of our field is the joy and confidence that radiates from a client whose concerns we have helped to overcome.

SWAM 2017 will gather researcher and practitioners of diverse disciplines from all over the world who are working in the field of aesthetic & anti-aging medicine and dedicated to the Aesthetic, Beauty and Hair Industry’s Product Distributors, Pharmaceutical Companies, Research and Development Institutions, Ingredient and Product Packaging Suppliers, Salon and Retail Shop Owners, Aesthetics and Alternative Medical Practitioners, as well as Beauty Professionals.

In line with the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) implementation on 2017, during this International SWAM – Anti-aging Exhibition 2017, all of the stake holder of the Health Aesthetic services will work together to improve their service quality. Therefore, the committee would like to invite all of Participants and Exhibitor of the mentioned fields to participate in this event.

Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world. With more than 250 million population, it can be a very huge market for aesthetic medicine industry. A lot of people barely invest on Indonesia and it is a big mistake. In several years to come, Indonesia will have developed so much. This is the perfect time to start investing here and harvest the advantages later.

Terms & Condition

Sponsor must fill Booth Booking Form out completely and detailed.

Booth Booking Form signed by a representative designated by the pharmaceutical company and is considered valid by the committee.

The selection booth when launching been considered valid, if wants to transfer it will be readjusted.

Returns Booth Booking Form maximum 1 (one) week since the date listed in the form.

Sponsor shall pay a Down Payment (DP) as 10% of total price before discount, maximum paid 1 (one) week after the signing of Booth Booking Form.

The booth price including VAT (PPN).

Booth discounts price is calculated before VAT (PPN) rates.

Booth full payment with cash system performed maximum 1 (one) month from the DP administration.

B. Retail Booth Sponsors

Installment payment start from 2 (two) weeks after Down Payment’ satisfaction and then installments every month in accordance with the bill given.

Total discount will be calculated at the end of the payment.

To sponsor which late booking, maximum payment booth paid 2 (two) weeks prior to the event that will take place.

If there is a contract cancellation, subject get penalty of 25% of the price of a booth at the event that will take place.
