The following apartment is on the market at the moment. It is smaller internally that the majority of

two bedders in the Botanica Residences, and is $38,000 more expensive that the dearest 2 bedroom

apartment in Botanica. Furthermore it is on level 15 compared to the dearest 2 bedroom apartment in
