Unfinished work of DKM. Centres Alignment :

Simple ISO procedures that will be followed at all centres.

Simplify the vision document , one that can drive the efforts.

Dynamic DRB . Databank update. Streamline all Management / Region reporting. Eliminate duplication, reduce

physical issue and promote on tap availability model.

LSTK actual spending feedback loop particularly all site construction spend to be captured with as little lag as possible and finance systems to be tuned to that. Analysisof actual vs estimate and feedback / Benchmarking effort.

Focus on developing cost controllers. Should be strong enough to speak up

to Project Managers and Management. Attract experiences talent from discipline's and develop.

Dash board make it more dynamic and how it will evolve with Jeevan.

Planning in LSTK – Plan vs Actual feedback and lessons learnt to be focussed.

Risks Management new tools (Bwise and @Risk ) utility feedback and support to all centres.

My support to start with …

I will review all LSTK estimates and Estimates to be signed by Country Head.

Attend all ATT with Region

Attend all LSTK PMR’s.

Require all cost control reports and PMR reports in DRB with access.

Workload Charts monthly review before transmit to Region,

Require list of all reports to MD / Region A. Review every report first couple of months. Streamline to eliminate duplication and limit the number to be issued physically and maximise reports that would be available on tap in some DRB.

Monthly update on all significant ICN or Contractual Issues with external clients.

First issue of all L3 schedules for LSTK projects (Vashist, etc)

Close monitoring of Lessons learnt and Feedback loop strengthening efforts. All mails regarding this shall be copied so as to push the project / operations group for co-operation.
