INTRODUCTIONHello your Honor.The night of the robbery the police caught this young man in front of the bank when he was trying to escape. During tonights judgement I will prove that the defendant were involved into the bank robbery and show you why he is a danger to society and must be behind the bars.Here I want you to know the proofs that I got to demonstrate the guiltiness of the defendant in this case.1. Theres a video security tape where is seen the band of burglars that committed the crime. One of the members of the band has the height and same clothes of the defendant.2. The fingerprints that were found in the safe box of the bank were analyzed and the result showed us that those fingerprints are from the defendant.3. There were several footprints found into the banks vault, of which we could realize that some of these footprints has the same style and size of Andres shoes. Also these footprints match exactly with the places where the man in the video who apparently is Andres was.4. Besides, the investigators found a hair in the scene. It was sent to the lab and after a DNA test we could established that the hair comes from Andres.
