Our drum heaters are perfect for drums where you want to keep the content at a consistent temperature, a certain viscosity or keeping the content from freezing. They are also useful for protection from UV radiation.

The drum heaters are equipped with easy to use digital controllers with various heating ranges from 0°C to 200°C (32°F up to 392ºF) or fixed bi-metal thermostats, which makes the drum heaters ideal for almost any purpose.

The drum heaters are designed in a durable and long lasting high quality lightweight design and the construction together with quick release webbing straps makes the drum heater easy to attach to any standard size drum.

Ideal for heating up:• Water.• Oils and also diesel fuel.• Resin.• Vaseline.• Wax, e.g. lanolin (wool wax or wool grease).• Fats.• Butter e.g. Ghee.

An IBC container heater is the perfect solution when it comes to quickly and effectively heating up fluids and materials making them very easy to empty from a container with minimal to no waste product. They are also useful for protection from UV radiation.

The IBC heater comes with up to 3 zone digital controllers, adjustable from 0-40°C or 0-90°C, making the container heater very fast and safe to heat liquids and maintaining the wanted viscousity for the content in the container.

The heater is designed in a durable and long lasting high quality lightweight design and the construction together with quick release buckles makes the container heater easy to attach to any standard 1000L container.

Base heating is an effective and powerful way to heat up contents inside a drum or an IBC container.

The base heater is perfect for heating viscous or semi-solid products and making them very easy to discharge from a drum or a container with minimal to no waste product.

Base heaters are very easy to install and to use. simply place the heater under the container or the drum and you are all set to heat the contents. This easy installation also makes the heater ideal for heating and maintaining temperature while transporting drums or containers.

Most of our insulation jackets can be used in conjunction with a container heater to speed up the heating process. By adding an insulation jacket to a heater helps speeding up the heating process.
