Pro Circuit was already a few years into four-stroke research and development by the time Yamaha first introduced the YZ400F in 1998. 14 years later, Pro Circuit exhaust systems continue to dominate all forms of four-stroke racing, and we don’t plan on stopping. Four-stroke R&D is an essential part of our daily routine. For 2012, we have added an exhaust system to our already impressive line that brings our previous knowledge and testing from the Ti-4 and T-4 series into our all new Ti-5 exhaust system. The new Ti-5 titanium exhaust system is designed for optimum performance and offers increased horsepower while still meeting the 2012 Two-Meter max sound requirements set forth by the AMA and FIM. Equipped with our RC-4 resonance chamber, the Ti-5 is constructed from titanium throughout the muffler can, header, and mid pipe areas. Unlike other Pro Circuit exhaust systems, the Ti-5 offers consumers the choice between a titanium or a carbon fiber end-cap, while the asymmetrical muffler configuration maximizes packing volume to ensure sustained performance.

Two-Meter max is a sound limit rule applied to AMA and FIM racing starting 2012 with a 115dB pre-race limit and 116dB post-race limit.

Just like our Ti-5 titanium exhaust system, the T-5 produces the same results except that the T-5 is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum. The T-5 stainless “Race System” was designed for durability, demanded by off-road racers and recreational riders. The race system also comes with our RC-4 resonance chamber to help reduce noise output. The T-5 stainless “Slip-On Silencer” was designed for a rider looking for an inexpensive, easy-to-install, lightweight performance silencer that can bolt right onto their stock head pipe. FEATURES

The Ti-4R is constructed from titanium and is designed for closed course racing. Currently Pro Circuit offers two slip-on style silencers for most models. The Ti-4 and T-4 will bolt on in minutes and offer increased power and extreme lightweight. Pro Circuit also offers complete exhaust systems for selected models which includes the silencer and head pipe. These systems offer huge power gains and can be used for racing or recreation.

When you think of old-school racing, you think of two-strokes, and Pro Circuit was there when two-strokes dominated all forms of off-road racing. We started as a Husqvarna shop in 1978 and specialized in making European bikes more competitive. We had such great success with our Husky pipes that we started making pipes for all competitive Japanese bike models, and it wasn’t long before superstars like Ricky Johnson, David Bailey, Bob Hannah, Broc Glover, Jeremy McGrath, and Ricky Carmichael started running Pro Circuit pipes on their bikes. Fast forward to 2012 and two-strokes are making a comeback. We still pride ourselves on producing and stocking a complete line of two-stroke exhaust systems dating back to the 1980’s. The Works Pipe features strong brackets for increased durability, and an unplated, oiled metal finish for that factory “works bike” look. The Works Pipe is constructed from stamped, high quality, carbon steel, hand welded and designed to improve power from bottom to top.The Platinum Pipe delivers the same performance gains as our Works Pipe, but features a rust-free platinum coating, which requires less maintenance. An engine control unit for Four-stroke fuel-injected motorcycles. Easy to install and has pre-set maps that offer improved performance and better throttle response.

The MD-60-LOG is a GPS lap timer with a built-in data logger. No need for external sensors. It is powered by batteries that will last for up to six hours of continual use. Logger shows live lap times and up to 4 split times and features large backlit display and user friendly customizable views.

Showa’s SFF (Separate Function Forks) offer a state-of-the-art design that provides damping and spring functions in separate fork legs. This design offers several advantages, such as better front end traction, bump absorption and a more comfortable stroke with less feedback. Friction is reduced by 25% and weight is greatly reduced. The internal cartridge system is larger, Kashima-coated and sealed like a shock. The works shock features a giant 18mm shaft and comes with an extra-large 16mm diameter piston holder, which house a bigger check valve system for more oil control (resulting in a more stable and controlled ride).
