The Ti-4R is constructed from titanium and is designed for closed

course racing. Our RC-4 Resonance Chamber head pipe is included

in most applications along with a billet aluminum mounting bracket.

Our T-4R features the same performance benefits as the Ti-4R,

except the T-4R is constructed from aluminum and stainless steel.

The T-4 system includes a removable USFS Approved spark

arrestor, billet aluminum mounting bracket, and is designed for easy

disassembly and re-packing when needed. Some models include an

RC-4 head pipe.

The T-4S Slip-On is intended for that rider looking for an

inexpensive, easy-to-install, lightweight performance silencer

that can bolt onto your stock head pipe. The T-4S Slip-On comes

equipped with a USFS Approved spark arrestor.

Pro Circuit offers a line of stainless steel replacement

head pipes that are designed to be used with the

stock or any Pro Circuit slip-on exhaust. These head

pipes are the ideal replacement for the stock units

and cost much less.

Some T-4 and T-4S exhausts come with

an additional packing kit and race tip for

closed course competition.

The Ti-4 is a titanium exhaust that offers a removable end-

cap design, drilled titanium mounting brackets, a removable

spark arrestor, titanium silencer body for extreme lightweight,

and a titanium slip-fit inlet pipe for quick installation and

reduced weight.

The T-4 is a stainless steel and aluminum constructed

exhaust. It has a stainless steel removable end-cap, billet

aluminum mounting bracket*, removable spark arrestor,

brushed aluminum body, and a stainless steel slip-fit inlet

pipe for a perfect fit and quick installation.

The Works Pipe features strong brackets for increased durability, and

an unplated, oiled metal finish for that factory “works bike” look. The

Works Pipe is constructed from stamped, high quality, carbon steel,

hand welded and designed to improve power from bottom to top.

The Platinum Pipe delivers the same performance gains as our Works

Pipe, but features a rust-free platinum coating, which requires less

maintenance. This pipe is also hand welded and is ideal for riders

looking to ride in extreme weather conditions.

Our Platinum 2 Pipe is designed specifically for people who ride off-

road or in extreme weather conditions. Utilizing heavy-duty 18-guage

metal, the Platinum 2 Pipe offers increased protection from rock or

crash damage. This pipe also features a platinum coating, which

requires less maintenance, and delivers increased gains in the low

and mid-range part of the power band.

Our R-304 Silencer is our most popular “full race” silencer.

Constructed from aluminum and stainless steel, the R-304

is lightweight and offers increased durability. The compact

design also offers optimum performance gains and is easy

to re-pack when needed. For closed-course racing only.

The 304 Silencer’s long body design helps to reduce

noise output and is recommended for any two-stroke. Fits

Pro Circuit or most stock exhaust pipes*. Constructed

from aluminum and stainless steel, the 304 is extremely

lightweight and is easy to re-pack when needed.

The Type 296 Silencer includes a USFS Approved spark

arrestor and is easy to re-pack. The Type 296 reduces

noise output to about 96dB and improves performance.

Available in different sizes for all Pro Circuit two-stroke

silencers. Includes all the hardware and packing needed to

keep your bike running quietly and at its very best.

Pro Circuit’s two-stroke exhaust technology offers

unparalleled performance and power for almost any two-

stroke ATV. Increased horsepower and torque gains will

quickly be noticed across the entire rpm range. The platinum

finish on this pipe reduces rider maintenance and helps

protect the pipe from nature’s elements.

The 304 Factory Sound Silencer offers good looks, and

great sound. The 304 silencer is constructed of aluminum

and stainless steel which also offers increased durability

and performance. Designed to be easily re-packed when

needed. If you are riding or racing on a closed course, Pro

Four-stroke engine modifications by Pro Circuit increase power from

bottom to top with no loss of reliability. Modifications are developed

and tested in our race shop and on the dyno. All modifications have

Pro Circuit clutch springs are a must have for any dirt bike, stock or

modified. Due to the constant heat and torque abuse the clutch is

subjected to, we designed our clutch springs to increase clutch life and

reduce slipping.

Designed to stand up to higher engine rpm and operating temperatures

while also reducing friction and the chance of rod and wrist pin damage.

Pro Circuit’s Titanium Exhaust and Intake Valves are CNC-machined

and precision ground using only titanium. Every valve is sprayed with a

thermal-nitride coating to increase performance and product life.

Increasing the compression will cause an increase in both low-

end torque and top-end power. Our high-compression pistons

will work equally well in a stock or modified engine. Each kit

contains piston, rings, pin and circlips.

Our camshafts are designed using the latest valve train

modeling technologies and improves power from bottom to

top.

The Tach/Hour Meter keeps track of your engine’s service life and works

on any type of engine. No batteries required.

Our standard radiator hose kit replaces only the stock hoses. Made of

premium-grade silicone throughout, the standard hose kit operates at

higher temperatures and pressures than other rubber hoses.

The “Y” radiator hose kit is designed to eliminate the plastic “Y” elbows

found in other radiator hoses that in extreme conditions can melt. The

“Y” hose is designed to be lighter and withstand expanding.

The right fork houses two air chambers, each having their own oil volume. The inside chamber (high pressure), and outside chamber

(low pressure) can both be adjusted by changing the pressure and oil volume to achieve the type of performance you require. Using

air as a spring results in a much calmer, more “connected to the ground” feel.

Since the left fork has no spring; the cartridge, pistons and shims are a lot bigger, providing better front end traction, bump

absorption and a much more comfortable stroke with less feedback.

The forks still feature 49mm titanium-nitrate coated tubes that provide more durability and a smoother stroke.

Larger CNC-Machined billet axle lugs for increased durability and performance.

The Works Showa shock offers a more stable and controlled ride with slightly cooler temperatures.

The new Triple Clamp Kit features clear anodized top and bottom

clamp for that “works look”. Benefits include altered triple clamp

offset* for better handling, bar mount is offset 5mm to allow for

handlebar adjustments in either one of two different bar mount

positions, reversible bar mount and is available in 1 1/8” standard

bar mount height only.

We offer two different pull rods for the KX85/100, one that is designed to

raise the chassis and the other to lower the chassis to accommodate riders

of any age. KX65 pull rods are designed to raise the chassis.

The KX85/100 Linkage System improves handling, stability and

includes all of the required bearings and seals.

Pro Circuit’s Linkage Arms are designed to stiffen up the initial linkage curve

and lower the chassis, making the bike much more stable. This will also help

eliminate the initial loose and wallowy feel. Turning and cornering capabilities

are greatly improved as well.
