DESCRIPTION
TRAQ Performance Institute will be conducting a hitting camp on President’s Day. The camp will be open to athletes of all age groups. TRAQ Performance instructors will use video clips and pictures of major league players to solidify the hitting concepts that will be covered. Athletes will receive in-depth instruction on the 5 areas of the swing; Set-up, Load, Launch, Contact and Finish. All areas of hitting mechanics and mental approach will be discussed. For a nominal extra cost, athletes can stay after the camp to have a video of their own swing taken and compared to the swing of a major league player.

PRESIDENTS’ DAY HITTING CAMP
