OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The objective of this report is mainly to find out the satisfaction level of Qubee customers in our country, its strength and weakness, and to locate the specific areas of dissatisfaction among the users

TARGET MARKET

Qubee’s target market is from middle to upper income professionals, students, youth and general users who are basically want high speed with portable compatibility and at affordable cost

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

MODEMS: Qubee offers six different types of modems that helps the customer to choose according to the place and price.

PACKAGES: Qubee offers two types of internet services to the customer.

1. PRE-PAID

2. MONTHLY PACKAGES

COVERAGE AREAS:

Currently the company operates there network within Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and four other cities also and quickly plan to do the same in cities nationwide.

QUBEE EXPERIENCE BOOTH

Qubee have built experience booth in different places to give the practical experience to their subscribers and they have highly focused on that Experience booth to promote their product. It is now possible to try out the real internet experience from Qubee at your favorite coffee shop or shopping mall.
