Shenzhen Precisioner Die-casting Mold Co., Ltd is a professional tooling maker with ISO 9001:2008 Certification, established in 2009 in Shenzhen, China, specialized in aluminum & zinc die casting dies, trim dies, DME quick-change die, and rapid prototyping. Furthermore, we can also provide extra service, such as initial design optimization, budget analysis.
We have our own professional engineering team with 17 project engineers and 12 designers, they are working together with sales team to guarantee quick response towards clients’ questions. Thanks to our professional team with rich experience and skillful technique, more than 95% of our molds can be directly got into mass production after T1
Precisioner is not only focus on the quality, delivery time, but also think highly of customer’s cost. Our engineering team provides good suggestion to save cost and time while analyzing and evaluating process. Meanwhile, customer will receive a price breakout list to know the real cost of each components.
Since year 2009, Precisioner have already supplied more than 2400 sets of die casting molds to the global market, and gain a good reputation from those client all over the world due to our strict quality control during production.

From 2009 to 2011, 100% molds for domestic market in China.In 2012, base on our good reputation in China, we got our first oversea order from America client recommended by our Chinese partner.
From 2013 to 2014, over 90% of built molds (more than 500sets) were exported to America, Europe.At the same time, we improved QC system, management and delivery schedule to perform beyond customers’ expectation. We can saywe successfully turned to a die casting die factory special for foreign market.

Our engineering team organized by 17 tooling engineers and 12 designers. They all have over 8 years experience in die-casting mold. So, we can help customer finish mold from initial idea, sketch to ideal molds, moreover, we always provide structure analysis report to avoid any risk before production so that save customer’s time and cost.

Precisioner’s Margin1. For Die Cast Dies that fit 500T ≤ DC machines ≤ 800T, the margin rate is 17%!2. For Die Cast Dies that fit DC machines > 800T, the margin rate is 12%!3. For Die Cast Dies that fit DC machines < 500T, and all the trim dies, the margin rate is 20%.
That is to say, for bigger and more complex dies, our prices will be lower and these should be more competitive toyour customers.
