DESCRIPTION
This session looks at what your product proposition is, and what you are doing to ensure it contains a unique selling point (USP). This first session therefore looks at how businesses can pitch their product/service proposition to give it a \'competitive edge\' and so improve its stand-out quality when trying to attract the interest of new customers.
