Major Projects Group Swetman LL Evaluation

Project Summary:

TheThe LL of Swetman gym houses under utilized locker rooms, roughly 2985 SF in space. In order to get more use out of the space, a new lounge for students is proposed, with a focus on promoting alcohol free activities. The space is divided between a lounge, arcade and small dance area. A new Entrance with storefront glazing would also be put on the North side of the building to create views into the space and create attention and interest.
