Standing OVATION 2017–2018 SEASON

Director’s Note Honk! is so much more than a children’s tale set to music. Ugly just wants to belong but he isn’t accepted because he looks “different”. To be misunderstood, excluded, or invisible can be so lonely. What Ugly wants is not unlike what each of us wants. I hope that this charming version of an age-old story will touch your heart and remind you of the incredible difference you can make in a life when you accept and help someone belong.
