Driving DirectionsCOURTYARD BY MARRIOTT (ANKENY): The hotel and conference center are located in the Metro North Business Park of Ankeny. Located off of Interstate 35 at EXIT 90 at 2405 SE Creekview Drive.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH (MINNEAPOLIS):

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH (KANSAS CITY) : Follow I-35 North. Exit at Oralabor Road or EXIT 90. Turn right onto Oralabor Road and at the first stoplight turn left onto SE Creekview Drive. Go 1/4 mile and the hotel is located on your right.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST (CHICAGO): Follow I-80 West to I-35 North and Exit at Oralabor Road or EXIT 90. Turn right onto SE Oralabor Road and then turn left onto SE Creekview Drive. Go 1/4 mile and the hotel is located on your right.

General GuidelinesSERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX: Currently a 22% service charge and applicable state sales tax of 6% will be added to all food, beverage, audio visual and room rental charges. According to Iowa Tax Codes, service charges are subject to sales tax.

GUARANTEE: In arranging for private events, a guaranteed number of guests attending are required for all catered meal functions. Final attendance must be confirmed by 10:00 AM five business days in advance. The expected attendance will become the final guarantee, not subject to reduction. Menu Selections: To provide our guests with the best possible event, Bellevue Event Center requests that your menu selections be finalized no later than six weeks prior to your event. Additional fees may apply for menu substitutions.

EXTRA ITEMS: No food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the hotel by client or their attendees without prior approval from your Event Manager. Courtyard assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to items left in a function room prior to, during or after an event. In addition, no food or beverage of any kinds may be taken out of the Hotel by the client or their attendees.

CORKAGE CHARGES: Clients may bring in donated wines or champagnes which do not appear on our wine list at $15 per bottle plus service charge and tax.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please note, Courtyard by Marriott, as the sole alcoholic beverage licensee, is subject to the regulations of the state of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. Violations of those regulations may jeopardize the Hotel’s license. Therefore, we request your cooperation in honoring the hotel’s policy prohibiting consumption of alcoholic beverages from outside sources without authorization and proper corkage.
