The Board of University and School Lands (Land Board) Governor Secretary of State State Treasurer Attorney General Superintendent of Public Instruction

Land Board has the Authority to: Appoint the EIIO Director, and to Award and Distribute Impact Grants from the Oil and Gas Impact Grant Fund

Energy Infrastructure and Impact Office Mission:Provide assistance through grants, to local political subdivisions to address direct costs associated with infrastructure impacts from energy activity.

An average $6 million each month is necessary for the fund to reach the$140 million appropriated.
