    John Powell will be the

    senior project manager of

    the Barramine Development,

    and the subsequent 4 proj-

    ects that follow.

    John has a long history in

    various parts of the world.

    He grew up in NZ working in

    project management.

    Around the year 2000

    John recognised the unique

    opportunities and experience

    that could be gained by

    working in the booming

    Middle East, so he moved

    there along with his family

    to develop some extremely

    large projects.

    For the last 2 years John has

    been residing in Port Hedland

    where he has been tasked

    with project managing plant

    and equipment construction

    for BHP and Woodside.

    John brings a wealth of expe-

    rience to what is a relatively

    straight forward and simple

    residential unit construction.

    Lee De Coster offers a great

    amount of expertise to the

    role of BDM for Powell De

    Coster.

    Originally a Doctor of Chiro-

    practic, Lee moved into the

    corporate world and soon

    discovered his love of bring-

    ing people together to create

    a whole that is greater than

    the sum of its parts.

    A gifted communicator with

    an eye for detail and strategy,

    Lee has thrived in property

    development over a number

    of years.

    It is Lees attention to cus-

    tomer service that trickles

    down through the entire

    team of consultants that will

    be engaged across these
