All the religious books says the same, that God has createdthe Universe and all the creatures. God is the Point of powerand above all. He is not inside anything, but every thing isinside him . He possess all the power. He is our father. Therefore his powers are also in us. But we dont realize thosepowers because we are unaware of the fact that our real fatheris the God (Lord Krishna or Christ or Allah). We got all hisQualities inherently from him.

We should remember the god daily at least three to four timesand thanks him for all the qualities /virtue/powers given tous by him.

God has made each individual a unique piece. Every one hasHis/her special qualities, skills attitude, sanskars. No two

human can behave in the same manner at any point of time. They have different thought processes.

One has to understand his/her positives in him/her andpractice those so that he/she gets happiness, prosperity, peaceand success in life.

It is clear from the above sloka from Shreemad BhagwatGita, that this soul leaves the old body, when the body isdead and acquire new body. In every birth the soulacquires some values (Sanskars), which becomes its part. These sanskars makes persona of every soul. All the

activities of every soul depend the bunch of qualities it hasacquired in the previous births. But in the base, every soulis part of the God and have all the qualities of the God in it.

Our attitude contains all the qualities we practice the most. Therefore they become part of our behavior and character.

Feel yourself blessed with all the powers you, which havebeen given By the God. Always remember God, then onlyall the Qualities of god will immerse in you and you willpractice them and be a successful person in life. Every timeone should remember the God and its Qualities and invoke

    those in oneself.

Hi Charli, how are you? I am fine, said Charli. How comeyou are here on Monday, I asked.I came for some work inBank and thought of meeting you. I said, good, come, let ushave a cup tea.

After formal talks, I asked Charli, how is your job going?Charli frowned. I have taken leave for two days.Any thingspecial, I asked. No, my boss has to do presentation in office

day after tomorrow and he has told me to prepare it for him.Every time I prepare it and, neither he gave any appreciationto me, nor I got any appreciation from the seniors. He only

gets the appreciation and recognition. I will see this time howhe is going to get success in presenting it,said Charli withanger and agony.

Charli is a very dedicated and hardworking person. Heknows his job very well and good at makingpresentation. But since he didnt got any appreciationand gratification from his boss and seniors, he isdiscouraged and demotivated. Future is very clear, his

boss is going to fire him, when he resume his duty andmay be, he will transfer him or may give charge sheet inhis hand. But is it a way how a senior and a subordinateshould behave?

I resume the talks. Why your boss is not giving yourecognition despite of your hard work and talent?

He paused, my boss wants to give all the credits to

himself and wants to prove that he is only the smart person

and all other team members are donkeys. Always scold me

in front of everyone. His eyes were wet.

Charli, for whom you are working?, I asked. For the

company , Said Charli. Dont you need the job? Only

Company needs you to work.? You dont need this

Job/Work? I questioned. He paused and answered, Yes I

need this job. I have to run my family. It is my job. We meetour eyes. Then why you are running from your duties. Your

boss is just asking you to prepare a presentation of what

you do. Has he asked you to prepare presentation for other

persons job? Charli keep mum for some time and

replied. Yes he wants me to prepare presentation for my

part of the assignment. He never asked me to preparepresentation for other person. I again questioned, then

what is the problem? Why dont you provide your boss the

presentation? You said, it is your job. Do you Love your

job? Charli said, Yes I love my job. He lowered his eyes

    and unable to answer.

I continue, Charli, Set up a meeting with your Boss, when

he is calm and rational. Quietly and diplomatically explain

how much you like the job but feel hurt when he yells at

you and ask what might be done to remedy the situation.

Also share him that you can do presentation. He may allow

    you.

Your Goal is to create a smoother working environment at

your work place. Nobody else is coming there to do for you.

He agreed with what I said and in front of me, he called his

boss, that he is engaged in some personal work and will be

reaching to office after 30 Minutes. He took leave from me

and reached office. He made the presentation more

    accurate and presentable.

A week latter I got a call from Charli, After my discussions

with the Boss and persuasion that I can do the presentationmy boss allowed me to do the presentation. It was a great

presentation. My boss again got appreciation of developing

    me .

When we stop loving our job and start thinking that it is

others job to get it done for you, problem starts from thereitself. Negativity makes place inside us. It blocks all the

positive thoughts. Take hold of your job and Love your job.

Do justification to your job. Believe me, you will enjoy

every part of life, professional as well as personal. Problem

will come into you way. These all are yours and you have to

solve them. Treat each problem a challenge. Sooner orlatter you will get ride of these and will find peace and

    happiness.

BECAUSE YOU ARE A POWER HOUSE AND YOU ARE A

    SUCCESSFUL PERSON.

    cooperation[ kpprysh'n ]

    1. working together: the act of working or acting together toachieve a common goal

    Definition

The definitions of Competition and Cooperation says manyThings, which we may not know at present.

Have you ever seen birds travelling long distances in flyingV Formation. Why they do that?

Scientists who have studied formation flight believe thatbirds fly in this way for two reasons.

The first reason is that the shape of the formation reduces thedrag force that each bird experiences compared to if it wereflying alone. This decrease in drag occurs thanks to theformation of wingtip vortices.

A down wash and Upward is created, which isbeneficial to a second wing flying behind and slightlyabove the first.

A bird flying in one of these upwash regions essentiallygains free lift so that it can fly at a lower angle of attack.

Other studies have estimated that a flock of 25 birds information can fly as much as 70% further than a solo birdusing the same amount of energy.

Main Benefits of flying in V Shape are 1) Low Fatigue2) Have to Work Less3) Rotational leadership4) sense of teamwork

    5) Communication is easy6) Less Chance of Losing of any bird7) Can move to a longest distance

Whereas , if same number birds want to travel the samedistance without making formation and cooperation

rather competing with each other for reaching thedestination first, then probably they may not reach thedestination in the same times. Some may reach, and somenever reaches the destination.

When we starts thinking of only our self, the competitioncomes in and when we have feeling of others also, cooperation take birth.

BILL GATES' SPEECH TO MT. WHITNEY HIGH SCHOOL inVisalia, California.

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head withthis! To anyone with kids of any age, here's some advice. BillGates gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they didnot and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good,politically correct teachings created a generation of kids withno concept of reality and how this concept set them up for

    failure in the real world.

Rule 1: Life is not fair -- get used to it!

Rule 2: The world won't care about yourself-esteem. The world will expect you toaccomplish something BEFORE you feelgood about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of highschool. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone untilyou earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a

    boss.

  • 8/12/2019 Posititude Mar 14

    20/4320

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneathyour dignity. Your Grandparents had adifferent word for burger flipping -- they

    called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not yourparents' fault, so don't whine about yourmistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parentsweren't as boring as they are now. They gotthat way from paying your bills, cleaningyour clothes and listening to you talk abouthow cool you thought you are. So beforeyou save the rain forest from the parasitesof your parent's generation, try delousingthe closet in your own room.

  • 8/12/2019 Posititude Mar 14

    21/4321

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winnersand losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools they haveabolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY

TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn'tbear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't getsummers off and very few employers are interested inhelping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your owntime.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life peopleactually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end upworking for one.

    Meaning of OM

The word OM (also written as AUM) is a composite of

three letters "A, "U" and "M. According to MandukyaUpanishad, the three letters A, U and M represent thewaking, dream and deep sleep states. The silencebetween successive repetitions of the mantra representsthe fourth state called turiya (literally the fourth inSanskrit), a state that transcends these three states. Thesethree states correspond to the conscious, sub-consciousand unconscious states of the mind. A few othercommonly mentioned interpretations of the letters A, Uand M are given below:

According to yoga, Samkhya and many other scriptures, the whole material creation, including human mind and

body are a manifestation of the mula prakriti(primordial nature) which is composed of the threegunas Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. The three letters of OMthus correspond to the three gunas as follows:

A = Tamas (darkness, inertia, ignorance)

U = rajas (passion, activity, dynamism)M = Sattva (purity, truth, light)

The silence between the two AUM sounds represents thepure consciousness, a state which transcends the threegunas (called trigunaatit beyond gunas)

  • 8/12/2019 Posititude Mar 14

    25/4325

A = Brahma (the creator),U = Vishnu (the sustainer) andM = Shiva (the destroyer);the silence between two OM sounds = the substratum or thereality that lies beyond the trinityA = Present, U = Past, M =future; silence between sounds = the reality beyond timeand space.

HOW TO CHANT OM OR AUM -

Vitamin A is involved in immune function, vision, reproduction, and cellular communication . Vitamin A iscritical for vision as an essential component of rhodopsin,a protein that absorbs light in the retinal receptors, andbecause it supports the normal differentiation andfunctioning of the conjunctival membranes and cornea.Vitamin A also supports cell growth and differentiation, playing a critical role in the normal formation and

maintenance of the heart, lungs, kidneys, and otherorgans . Two forms of vitamin A are available in thehuman diet: preformed vitamin A (retinol and itsesterified form, retinyl ester) and provitamin Acarotenoids. Preformed vitamin A is found in foods fromanimal sources, including dairy products, fish, and meat

    (especially liver).

Concentrations of preformed vitamin A are highest inliver and fish oils . Other sources of preformed

vitamin A are milk and eggs, which also include someprovitamin A. Earth has two poles. North Pole and South Pole. There is amagnetic field of the earth which effects its environmentand all the things on earth and its surroundings. Everythings get effected by this magnetic field.

Within the earth the magnetic wave moves from North toSouth and outside the earth these moves from South toNorth.

If we take two Magnetic Bars and place the North of onebar near the North of the other bar, North Pole will repelsNorth Pole and South pole repels South poles. Whereas ifyou brings Opposite poles of the bars near each other, theywill attract each others.

Similarly our body is also having North and South poles.

Our Head represent North Pole and our legs representsSouth Pole. As per the research, Magnetic rays flow from

south to north inside human body and from north tosouth outside the body, completing the circle. Which isopposite to what happen in earth magnetic field.

As we have already stated that like poles repels. Thereforewhile sleeping if we keep our head towards north poles,

then our bodys magnetic field will repelled by the earthsmagnetic field. Due to which , when we will get upmorning we will have Headache and other body relatedproblems.

As per Vastu Sastra, sleep is one of core aspect of ourhealth. In order to enjoy sound sleep, one must have a

    bedroom with a peaceful environment.

Sleeping in the wrong direction can also cause healthproblems. Vastu Sastra recommends that the head must beplaced towards the south or east for undisturbed sleep.

People who observe these directions will receive positiveenergy when they wake up. These positions will alsoenhance the person's blood circulation.

The head should never be towards north while sleeping.Never sleep with the head towards the north because the

magnetic field of the earth lies in a north-south direction

energy levels can be thrown out of balance by thisstrong field. Sleeping in this direction may causedifficulties in having children, nightmare anddisturbed sleep.

Our head is considered north and if we place our headtowards north, the magnetic repulsion between similarpoles occurs.

This position can also result in low or high bloodpressure, insomnia or a high level of cholesterol. Thiscan be prevented by rotating the head position tosouth. Vastu Sastra, recommends the right location orquadrant a couple should sleep in.

The south-west sector is the most powerful quadrant inVastu Sastra because it is the area where positiveenergy is stored.

of a child from infancy to adulthood. Parenting refers tothe aspects of raising a child aside from the biologicalrelationship.

The major factors which effect parenting are SocialClass, financial and educational background of theparents. A family's social class plays a large role in theopportunities and resources that will be made availablefor a child. Working-class children often grow up at adisadvantage with the schooling, communities, and

parental attention made available to them compared tomiddle-class or upper-class. Also, lower working-classfamilies do not get the kind of networking that themiddle and upper classes do through helpful familymembers, friends, and community individuals andgroups as well as various professionals or experts.
