Responsibilities:

• Responsible for contract administration and project management.

• Responsible for overall planning of the project. Planning for the strategies of the overall completion of the project.

D&B of Mayflower MRT station (Thomson-East Coast Line) About the project: Underground MRT station with 4 basements and 7 entrances for Thomson-East Cost Line. The contract sum is approximately SGD 174M.

Role: Architectural Coordinator (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process and ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

• Work with designers (Architect (Ong & Ong) and Engineers (Meinhardt)), System Wide Contractors (SWCs) and government agencies to develop MRT station design.

• Ensure that the project complies with Land Transport Authority (LTA)’s Architectural Design Criteria (ADC), Civil Defence (CD) requirement and other regulations, which include revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.

Designing of Pagodas, Meditation Centres in USAAbout the project: Clients from US decided to hire a group of Myanmar Architect and build Burmese style pagoda in the US for the merit of Burmese preserving Buddha’s meditation techniques over 2000 years.

• Led local architectural teams to produce working drawings and liaised with US architectural team.

• Utilize 3D CAD tools to develop and communicate design concepts; direct the completion and models, layouts, and details for products assemblies and components.
