CONSTRUCTION OF 60 HOUSINGS IN ALENCON, COMPETITION, 2011, Patricia Leboucq Agency, Second Prize

The contest was consisted of two parts, a construction of new housing and urban devel-opment. We are in a very large city, with an average urban density. The site was a former wasteland, surrounded by housing of the sixties and a wood processing plant. The pur-pose was to create an housing zone with a lanscaping in the respect of the inhabitants uses..

CONSTRUCTION OF 100 HOUSING AND 10 HOUSES IN ANTONy, COMPETITION, 2010, Patricia Leboucq Agency

This contest was composed of two sites, in the extensive city . Both plots were located in a residencial area, composed individual houses and apartments buildings. The project was to develop 100 housings units and 10 houses in homeownership. All the work was to implement the housings, taking into account relationships with various elements, the existing urban fabric, the volumes created, the gardens and the materials used (wood, plaster, tile roofs or vegetated).

I was charged to realize the site in three dimensions, created the master plan, designed some elevations, sections... This was a very good work, for develop an concept into team, to make the choice of the materials, the organization of the site..

CONSTRUCTION OF 150 SOCIAL HOUSINGS IN CHATOU, COMPETITION 2010, Patricia Leboucq Agency

This operation should be divided into three phases to respond the contest program.

In first time, there has been analytical work, for obtain the best configuration of planning. We took into account, the constraints of site, the demolition of part of existing buildings, the construction operation, the temporary relocation of the inhabitants and the landscaping . On these, I designed some housing plans, I analysed the planning, produced a model of the site and realized the master plan.

For this operation, I was charged to realize the AMO folder , this award aims to reward the project owner and the architect for a remarkable achievement by its architectural and environmental qualities and commitment in a sustainable development and eco construction. I have make a selection of photographies, to realize the written documents, of technical documents, ...

We presented the folder in partnership with Immobilière 3 F( the project owner) and the agency Brenac & Gonzalez (same MOA), their project was adjacent to our operation and had the same aspects, a collective operation and townhouses.

WhenIamarrivedintheagency,thisoperationwasinconstruction.Ihelpedthesupervisorarchitectonsomestagesoftheproject.Irealizedreportsofvisits,theplansofmarketing,theprioroperationsofthereception(OPR),recordsofworkperformed(DOE),Iattendedafewmeet-ingswithprojectownerMOA.

Itwasinterestingtoanalysetheprocessofthecontruc-tion,meetthedifferentcorpsofthetrade,torealizethenecessarydocumentsofeachstage.

This project was composed of a rehabilitation operation and a contruction of two extensions in the both ends of the existant building . It included an eco adjustement, the integration of photovoltaic panels on the principal street‘s facade and the conservation of the existant plants .

I have helped the achitecte charged of this project in the phase APS (before project sum-mary) and APD (before project detailed).

I designed the master plan, the plan of planning exteriors spaces and some elevations.

It was interesting to work on this part of the project , for to under-stand the importance of those stages, before the deposite of the permit construction .

RENOvATION OF SALES COUNTERS IN THE LOUvRE MUSEUM, PARIS, RRC Architects

For this operation, I designed the project in the integrality. I have meet the Louvre museum staff, I took the measurements on the site, realized the conception of the project, the drawings documents, and supervise the meetings. This was a very good experience, the size of the project permitted me to have more responsabilities and to manage alone, the folder and the communication with the customers.

For this operation, which was in phase APS, I conducted a research on the building envelope, work on the land-scaping, the openings and the concept of color ... All my analysis were done using the achievements of models at different scales.

Ihavetreatedtheproblemesobservedonthefunctionhousing,theobjectwastofindadaptedasfortoofferthepossibilitytohaveanF3oranF4.Wemusttothinkinthefuture,giveaflexiblespace,thatadapttonewlife-styles

A NURSERy SCHOOL IN BOGNy SUR MEUSE , France, Atelier Pascal Quintard Hofstein

This project was in EXE stage, I developed a few drawings, and construction details.

This part of the work was very interesting, because it is the time when the building begins to construct himself. We see the fruit of ours work and the problemes that when can arrive on the realization. It is a work of team, between enterprises and the project management for to obtain an operation succeeds. Each project is different, complex and rewarding for to feed ours professional experience.

MUSEUM IN FRONT OF THE TAJ MAHAL

The job was to realize a project opposite the Taj Mahal by using the principle of the mandala .. Art used extensively in India. For the design of your edifice, there are a method to following, an process of researchs on the shape and dimensions. Once that you had designed your mandala and you must fill it with colors and you can realize your building in three dimensions.

I decided to create a museum dedicated to painting, the encounter between the artist and the visitors ... A different way to create a work while engaging the viewer and give it another look at the art .. To feel and see the work of an artist, leave an imprint of himself.
