Plans for photo-shoot Theme: The theme of my photo-shoot will be that the British heart foundation is selling these stylish women’s clothing that isn’t at high street prices. Schedule: I will be taking my photos on 29th of January Model: My model will be Luke Dickinson Costumes: Image one : With the winter clothes being skinny black jeans, winter boots and a woolly hat. Image two : The summer clothes with be a blue summer dress and black heels. Image three : The normal clothes will be converse trainers grey jeans white t-shirt and a green jacket. Locations: I will only be shooting in one location which will be the models living room against the main wall. Legal & ethical considerations: Trespassing: trespassing is going on to a piece of land that you are not authorised to go on. This does not apply to me as I will be taking my photos in the models house which I am allowed in. Copyright: copy right is were someone’s work is being used in a different persons work. So someone takes a picture of someone, and then the other person uses it, and claims that it is theirs. Other examples are, written articles, songs, adverts, artwork, and etc. this applies to my work because I will have to use only original ideas and not using anyone else’s slogan.

Plans for photo-shoot

Theme:

The theme of my photo-shoot will be that the British heart foundation is selling these stylish women’s clothing that isn’t at high street prices.

Schedule:

I will be taking my photos on 29th of January

Model:

My model will be Luke Dickinson

Costumes:

Legal & ethical considerations:

Trespassing: trespassing is going on to a piece of land that you are not authorised to go on. This does not apply to me as I will be taking my photos in the models house which I am allowed in.

Obscenity law: the obscenity law means you can’t deliberately offend people with media. You can’t swear because it could offend people examples which could offend people are. Swearing, nudity, graphic violence, etc. this doesn’t apply to my work because I won’t be using any images or words that some people may find offensive.

Official secrets act: from 1911 the official secrets act has stopped you from exposing potentially dangerous government secrets to the public, signing this act protects the government, and royalty. This does not apply to my adverts because I won’t be exposing any government secrets.

Intellectual property rights: intellectual property rights is where I can’t take anyone’s ideas and apply it to why adverts in any way. This won’t apply to my adverts because all of them will be unique from anything else anyone’s done.

Discrimination: this means that you cannot use any words of phrases that could be classed as discriminating either by being with race, sex, religion, age and sexual orientation. This does not apply to my adverts because I won’t be using any words that could be found as offensive.

Stereotypes: this means that I can’t use any words or phrases that could be seen as a stereotype of a type of person or group and offend them. This doesn’t apply to my adverts because I won’t be using any word that can be classed as a stereotype.
